This is real guys! Sony and Spike TV are teaming up for an “Uncharted”-themed reality TV show, which will pit contestants in challenges that mimic the cinematic action game. Do you consider yourself a “fan of adventure, video game enthusiast, puzzle solver or risk taker?” Then you might have what it takes to be humiliated on reality TV. ‘Cause remember people: One person gets to take home the prize, but the audience at home watches to see the other losers get drummed off the show. Hurricane IRENE intensity

"You Call This a Storm!?"

It was going to be the biggest storm since the Day After Tomorrow, just with better acting, and slightly less better special effects. Scientists, meteorologists, and anyone else who could scare up 15 minutes of air time on CNN was calling Hurricane Irene the biggest storm since Noah captained his own ship.

But how did Hurricane Irene turn out? According to the New York Times:

“When Hurricane Irene finally chugged into the New York area on Sunday, it was like an overweight jogger Keep Reading

Sorry, this is obligatory. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I really, really hope these reports turn out to be very good fabrications. I’d be HAPPY to post an article about how wrong we were. But the facts aren’t going in that direction. Badass News is getting reports and clips about MORE changes to the original Star Wars trilogy that will go live on the upcoming Blu-Ray special edition release. The most dramatic of these changes is the addition of the infamous “NOOOOOOOO” cry Vader belched at the end of Star Wars Episode III Keep Reading

Huh, that’s a new take on the debate. A study published in the American Psychological Association magazine earlier this month may have offered a “third option” in the Video game violence debate. According to the study, video game competition may be at fault for aggressive behavior, not “violence.” Keep Reading

When you see videos like this you either expect it to end with a) somebody dying or b) the director calling ‘cut.’

For those of you unfamiliar, these acts of “Train-surfing” aren’t excatly new. During the 1990′s train surfers would skip out on a ticket and ride on the top of a train (instead of the side). Keep Reading
