Despite Nolan and Tom Hardy going back and dubbing in Bane’s voice for the final cut of The Dark Knight Rises, there’s still a few reports that the villain is still difficult to understand.
That’s pretty much the subject of L.A.-based AwesomenessTV’s Dark Knight parody, who believes that Bane and Batman’s problems are the result of a communication breakdown.
And if only they could comprehend each other, Batman and Bane would play on the swing set, walk on the beach, take instagram photos, text one another, and get Cold Stone.
That’s where a slightly jealous Catwoman comes in, along with some cleavage that Anne Hathaway looks like she could have taken a cue from for the actual movie, and breaks up the party, thus resulting in an exchange we won’t get in the movie. As noted cranky bastard Rex Reed’s TDKR review confirms (“If The Dark Knight Rises is finally the funeral of Batman forever (promises, promises!), trendy technology once again triumphs over artistry, professionalism, taste and good clean fun.”), few things are more irritating than superhero and supervillain trying to communicate through their masks.
Batman: You sound like a f*cking Speak-and-Spell!”
Bane: “Don’t act so butt-hurt over it. I’m unfriending you on Facebook.”
Pretty funny stuff here, via NerdReactor. In the meantime check out the rest of their video series, including Harry Pottymouth and a dead-on Twilight parody. Worth watching for the Catwoman cleavage alone.

Logan Huffman wants to know who is posting comments about him online and asks Jace for help. Meanwhile Joe Flanigan is caught again flirting in the V costume. Jace heads to the set of Law and Order: SVU to catch up with Ice – T and Coco and the Starcraft II team gets “rushed” by World of Warcraft Lead Designer, Jeff Kaplan.
Jace has decided to take advantage of his co-hosting duties at the Sony Online Entertainment Fan Faire celebration, by showing his new music video to the thousands of EverQuest players in attendance, much to the dismay of the crowd. That didn’t stop one enthusiastic guest from doing something radical.
