The Media Molecule developed title LittleBigPlanet 2 has a very powerful creation engine built into it and today we have some videos from a user that have really shown what it can do.
With the announcement of Lightning Returns, Final Fantasy XIII in development, a LBP2 player named Jamie Colliver has created a series of videos in the game’s level editor recreating Final Fantasy VII to tie us over.
Known as JamMaster1992 on Youtube, Jamie has spent 6 months completely recreating the entire storyline to Final Fantasy VII with little sack people. Check out the first episode of Colliver’s walkthrough below.
Square released a costume pack from its famous role playing game for LBP2 featuring Sepiroth, Cloud, Tifa, Aerith and Vincent that James used in his creation.

Colliver has not only recreated the storyline as a six-part video series on his Youtube channel spanning about three hours, but the levels are also available for download to play through yourself.
His work takes the FF7 story across 20 levels including Sector 5, Aeris’ Church and literally everything else.
According to Eurogamer (via PSU), the recreation covers every conversation, the entire soundtrack, all the characters, bosses, and enemies.
Colliver even went as far as to recreate the battle system from the classic JRPG. He included all Limit Breaks as well a great attempt, according to PSU, “to simulate all five material types by using Creatinators.”
Here is the opening episode in Collivers LBP2/FF7 walkthrough:

Logan Huffman wants to know who is posting comments about him online and asks Jace for help. Meanwhile Joe Flanigan is caught again flirting in the V costume. Jace heads to the set of Law and Order: SVU to catch up with Ice – T and Coco and the Starcraft II team gets “rushed” by World of Warcraft Lead Designer, Jeff Kaplan.
Jace has decided to take advantage of his co-hosting duties at the Sony Online Entertainment Fan Faire celebration, by showing his new music video to the thousands of EverQuest players in attendance, much to the dismay of the crowd. That didn’t stop one enthusiastic guest from doing something radical.
