Laura Vandervoort Shows Off Some Skin For a Good Cause

You may remember Laura Vandervoort from ABC’s V and her past appearance playing Wii Tennis with Seth MacFarlane and Jace on the Jace Hall Show.

But now she’s joined PETA in a cause to help raise awareness for consumers to leave animals out of their wardrobe.

In a recent shoot, of which you can see very detailed photos of her body painted to look like a lizard (which for those of you who have seen V isn’t a huge departure from her character) raising awareness for how many animals are slaughtered just for a “high priced look.”

A lot of people think that reptiles don’t feel and they do. I think everyone should keep in mind what it is they are buying and if it is really worth it to them.

Laura is a staple on Maxim’s Hot 100 list, who you’ll also be able to catch her in theaters in a number of upcoming films including Seth MacFarlane’s Ted.
