The Jace Hall Show: Season 4: Episode 18 Keeping it ‘Unreal’

Last week’s episode of the Jace Hall Show gave viewers their first look at exclusive footage of Rage. This week’s preview is no different, providing almost three minutes of footage of the game set to be released in Early September. Can’t wait until mid-September to play the game…check out the footage and satisfy your appetite on the game that Jace says “Is the best looking game I’ve seen on the console so far.” But will he be able to play it himself, or will he have to get his kicks in “the old fashioned way?”

Did you know that the Goodyear blimp was used during the Second World War as surveillance to protect merchant fleets along the coast? Unless you are the Tuxedo/Smoking Jacket Guy, you probably didn’t. The airship could stay airborne for more than a week; the Goodyear blimp (a.k.a. ZPG-2) holds the current record for days in flight at 11. It flew from Massachusetts to Africa, back to Key West, Florida without refueling or landing. Perhaps the most interesting fact about the blimp is that riding it is by invitation only. Somehow Jace and Todd managed to make the trip, though, and they got plenty of video which you can see on this episode.

Cliffy B shows off his latest mobile game, Infinity blade, using the Unreal Engine on the iPhone. The game goes where few mobile games have gone before, showing that games on mobile devices can still offer an awesome gaming experience.

Kelly Hu takes the Kaboom! Challenge for a spin, but she ends up turning the tables on Jace. It’s never a good sign when a girl asks you how old a video game is, but just for the record…not 1950…1981 was the year Kaboom! was published…the inaugural year of the Reagan Presidency and MTV’s first year on cable. Keeping it real, indeed…

Charlie Sheen managed to bite the Tuxedo/Smoking Jacket guy, putting expert advice on injured reserve for the week. Cliffy B shows off his latest mobile game, while Jace and Todd take a spin in the nation’s most recognizable blimp. And the exclusive video previews of Rage keeps on coming. It’s the latest episode of the Jace Hall Show…just trying to keep it real, people.
