If there’s two things I never would have assumed would go together, it’s ‘manga’ and ‘employment.’ (Yet I’m doing this write-up here, so it goes to show ya). Robert Walters didn’t let that hold him back: he’s regarded by companies of all kinds as a leader in the industry of employment recruitment consultancies.
Walters has wasted no time in proving he’s ahead of the game, helping design a new app called the Manga Interview App, which utilizes an anime-styled approach to helping aspiring job-seekers perfect the interview process. The way the app is designed sounds pretty simple: according to Examiner.com, an avatar known as Akira guides you through the interview process, helping the user design a resume, greeting the interviewer, using body language to communicate effectively, and answering questions in a complete and satisfactory manner to get the job you desire.
Right now The Robert Walters Manga Interview App is regarded as one of the 500 must-have apps by The Daily Telegraph, and is available at the iTunes store.
Unfortunately no video demonstration or screenshots have emerged yet detailing the application’s features, but given that it’s free, you probably have little to lose.

Logan Huffman wants to know who is posting comments about him online and asks Jace for help. Meanwhile Joe Flanigan is caught again flirting in the V costume. Jace heads to the set of Law and Order: SVU to catch up with Ice – T and Coco and the Starcraft II team gets “rushed” by World of Warcraft Lead Designer, Jeff Kaplan.
Jace has decided to take advantage of his co-hosting duties at the Sony Online Entertainment Fan Faire celebration, by showing his new music video to the thousands of EverQuest players in attendance, much to the dismay of the crowd. That didn’t stop one enthusiastic guest from doing something radical.
