In celebration of Mega Man’s 25th Birthday Capcom will be releasing an 8-bit crossover title called Street Fighter X Mega Man. Although this is definitely not the game fans were hoping for, we will see the blue bomber go up against 8 new bosses including Ryu, Blanka, Rolento, Rose and Chun Li (via Joystiq).
The free-to-play game, is in fact, not developed by Capcom at all. Street Fighter X Mega Man is a fan made game. A fan game made so well Capcom has decided to release it. The game was built entirely by Seow Zong Hui, a long time Street Fighter fan.

Square Enix is set to unveil its plans for the next Final Fantasy XIII game come September 1st at TGS 2012. A new teaser site has just recently been put up hinting at the next iteration in the franchise.
The next game, as the site says, will be the continuation of the Lightning saga, most likely Final Fantasy XIII-3.
Rumors regarding the announcement of FFXIII-3 have been around for a little while now. Many felt the game would end up continuing for a few reasons, one of which, being the most obvious, was when XIII-2 ended with “To Be Continued”.

Capcom will be bringing us a brand new Mega Man game for the franchise’s 25th anniversary.
The Mega Man Network (via Joystiq) reports that the title is called Rockman Xover and will be a crossover featuring all of the various enemies and characters from throughout the Mega Man universe. Check out the gameplay screen shots below.
The game is said to be a social RPG and will be releasing for iOS. At this point all we have is a Japanese release date of Fall 2012 as well as a North American release confirmation, but unfortunately with no specific date.
