With E3 2013 starting in less then a week, its time to take a look back at some of the most memorable moments of past E3 presentations and boy, are they wondiferous!

Sony’s presentations at E3 started out as bit of an uphill climb in 2006, with a price point on the PS3 that was a bit higher than consumers expected, but there sure were some unique games shown, and one even taught players about Ancient Japan’s history of battling giant crab monsters!

Daily Gaming: The Last Guardian Confirmed As Still in Development for PS3

Recently we reported to you on some troubling news with The Last Guardian’s trademark being abandoned. Although not officially cancelled many felt as though this was the final straw that would eventually convert the title into vaporware.Today we get word from Sony confirming that there is nothing to worry about saying that the title is still in development and will indeed release on the Playstation 3.

Shuhei Yoshida from Sony World Wide Studios told Eurogamer today at Gamescom in Germany that the title is just simply delayed due to a number of complicated technical issues.

Long awaited title, The Last Guardian has had it’s trademark “abandoned”. According to a Trademarkia listing (via IGN) on Monday August 6 “status on the The Last Guardian trademark changed to Abandoned – No Statement of Use Filed.”

Originally unveiled back in 2009, The Last Guardian had been continually delayed since then.

Set for release holiday 2011 then last year the title was again pushed back to holiday 2012 with nothing but rumors since. Soon after that executive producer, Yoshifusa Hayama left Sony with the game’s creator Fumito Ueda. Continue reading “DAILY GAMING: The Last Guardian Still in Development?” »
