If you’ve been following along with the MegaUpload case, you’d know that many of the company’s execs are now awaiting trial on charges of piracy, racketeering, and money laundering following the feds shutting down the massively popular file-sharing site Keep Reading

However, this is the first time we’ve heard of a victim suing Apple and being reimbursed for their stolen MacBook and iPod. Keep Reading

According to (occasionally) reliable sources, Lil Wayne is facing a huge suit from Georgia-based label Done Deal Enterprises. DDE’s main beef? Wayne owes them a huge portion of his profits from the song “Bedrock” (which became another chart-topping song for him in 2008), largely because the New Orleans rapper stole it and made it his own – same name and everything – where it eventually landed on the compilation We Are Young Money. Where exactly this all lands – especially since it ain’t just Wayne being sued, it’s Cash Money and Young Money Entertainment also – we’ll see. But with a movie coming up and lots more under wraps, he should be fine.
