With their highly successful run of over 357 retail locations worldwide, Apple has been able to do something that many of their biggest competitors, like Microsoft, have struggled to do for years.
That hasn’t stopped Apple store Genius Chad Ramey, 39, from quitting and writing a long-winded email to CEO Tim Cook (via ifoAppleStore) warning the company’s retail experience has gone from “something truly spectacular and wonderful, to big-box retail that is no better than a Best Buy or a Walmart.” He did so after his manager’s behavior forced him to resign.
